Hi! I'm Shannon.

My mission is to empower women to take proactive care of their heart health and embrace a fulfilling, joy-filled life at every age.

I'm a Nutritionist, Meditation Coach and Yoga Instructor and I'm dedicated to teaching women everything I know about heart health, so that we all have the resources and support to create longer, healthier and happier lives.

MY APPROACH

Lasting heart health requires a holistic approach

Heart disease is the number one killer of women worldwide, but 80% of cases are preventable simply by making diet and lifestyle changes.

Happy Hearts Society is an online membership for women that provides ongoing support, researched-back advice, accountability and inspiration. Every week you'll have access to new resources to guide you through small steps and new habits to improve your nutrition, movement, stress levels and sleep. I'm pouring my twenty years of experience into HHS and my goal is nothing less than that fewer women die of heart disease and more women are able to age with energy, vitality and joy.

How can HHS support you

Nutrition

Eating well isn't complicated. Within HHS the nutrition advice is simple and optimized for women's heart health. We'll focus on all the good food you can ADD, not take away.

Movement

Moving your body can be fun! HHS features movement resources to improve your cardiovascular health as well as muscle and bone strength, balance, flexibility & more.

Mindfulness

Within HHS, you will learn easy meditation practices that even those with the busiest monkey minds can master. Mindfulness is the key to a less stressed, more joy-filled life.
